Strength and Movement Improvement 

NAPS will evaluate each of its clients in regards to strength and movement ability.  The evaluation will be reviewed with the client and an improvement game plan will be implemented.  Our primary goal in the game plan will be to make our clients better college prospects.  Some of the areas that will be involved include: 

The game plan for improvement will be similar to programs used by college and pro athletes.  These programs will not only help in being recruited, but long term benefits will help the prospect when he enters his college program.  Dick Bell has been involved with strength and movement improvement for over 30 years at high school, college and professional levels and will directly be involved in this critical area.
